Help Desk - Payment and PricingI have a voucher code, how do I use it?If we've sent you a discount voucher that you would like to redeem, you can do this on the "Payment Information" page of check out. Simply add an item to your shopping cart and proceed through check out as usual. On the page that asks for payment, enter the voucher code in the "Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupons" box and the voucher will be deducted from the order total. If you have placed an order before, you may be taken through express check out. You can still enter your voucher code by clicking 'Edit' next to Payment Method on the final "Review & Place Order" page of check out. You can get our latest coupons and other special offers by signing up to Fishpond Newsletters.
Voucher code not working? Check the voucher terms to see if there is a minimum order value and expiry date. Note that only one coupon can be used per order. Gift vouchers expire three years from the date they were issued and can only be redeemed on the site they were purchased through.
